Soak the nails in a warm Milk bowl for 10 minutes. Rinse well with cold water. For healthier nails use this technique twice a week.
6. Orange Juice and Garlic Soak
Mix 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice into a crushed garlic clove. Allow your nails to remain soaked in the mixture for about 15 minutes, then drain out the mixture and wash your hands with plain water. Ultimately apply olive oil to your nail.
