Aloe vera is best highly regarded for its ability to relieve sunburn pain. Aloe vera is effective in healing mild to moderate sunburns. That’s because aloe vera is a strong anti-inflammatory, and when applied directly from the plant it is most potent. This plant causes the skin to cool down and accelerates healing. If applied before sunburn blisters develop, it can also help reverse them.

How to use:

Apply aloe vera for few times a day to the sunburnt zone. if you have a bad burn, commonly known as sun poisoning, see a doctor before applying aloe.

2. Aloe Vera Reverse the Sign of Aging

While wrinkles can be caused by accelerated aging caused by external causes (such as prolonged exposure to the sun or smoking), wrinkles are also a measure of the real age of our bodies’ internal processes.
In its efficiency to boost skin elasticity over time, aloe vera has shown promising effects. It works from the inside out to reverse wrinkles and prevent the appearance of new ones. Drinking aloe gel has increased the development of collagen, the skin’s fundamental structural portion. The more collagen your skin contains, the less you’ll get lines and sagging skin. Also, topical aloe vera can help. This may be due to the moisturizing effect of the gel, which lowers dryness and makes wrinkles less visible.

How to use:

Take a small amount of gel and massage it softly over your skin for 3 minutes in a circular motion. Or combine 1 teaspoon of aloe gel and one capsule of Vitamin E and applied to areas where wrinkles form. Do this massage every evening before bedtime on a regular basis, and you will see a difference in a few days.
