Neapolitan Overnight Oats

Oats are among earth's healthiest plants. This grain is protein-packed, fiber-filled, gluten-free low in fat, and filled with important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Due to the countless benefits of this powerhouse food - you just can't ignore it. They are easy to cook to even easier to digest.
From stove-top oats, to overnight oats, to Instant Pot slow cooker oats to oats. Oatmeal is the breakfast of choice for billions of people since forever. Here I am sharing one of my favourite flavour recipe of this health genius grain.

For Vanilla Flavour
  cup rolled oats
 ½ tsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  cup milk
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp honey
For Choclate Flavour
  cup rolled oats
 ½ tsp chia seeds
 2 tsp cocoa powder
  cup milk
 ½ tbsp maple syrup
For Strawberry
  cup rolled oats
 5 ½ tbsp greek yogurt
 2 large strawberries
 ½ tsp chia seeds
 ¼ cup milk
 1 tsp honey
 1 pinch salt

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl for the vanilla and chocolate layers.

In a small food processor add the strawberries, honey and milk. Process until smooth. Then, in a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients with strawberries mixture.

Place each bowl in the refrigerator for overnight.

Top the chocolate oats in one even layer with the vanilla oats, layer the strawberry oats over the vanilla. Top with any of your favourite toppings.
