Oven preheat to 180 c
Cover a loaf pan of 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 in (22x11 cm) with baking paper, with extra hanging over the sides for quick removal, later.
In a big food processor, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and sea salt. Pulse till mixture combined.
Add the egg yolks and the melted, butter, and pulse until smooth. Pulse, scrape down the sides as needed, until crumbly.

Scrape into the lined loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a clean skewer comes out of the middle.
Cool completely before removing from the pan.
Slice into 16 thin slices and place in the freezer in an airtight jar for up to 7 days
