Perfect recipe of delicious and healthy popcorn with a drizzle of honey and organic butter.
In a wide, heavy-bottomed saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, add 3 kernel pop and oil and heat over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Replace the cap after adding the popcorn kernels.
As three kernels pop, add the remaining ½ cup kernels and place the lid.
As three kernels pop, add the remaining ½ cup kernels and place the lid. Give the pot a little shake to uniformly scatter the kernels. Shake the pan from time to time to ensure that all of the corn pops and that it does not burn.
When the kernels begin to pop, tilt the lid slightly to allow steam to escape.
Cook until the popping has slowed to less than one pop every three seconds. Remove the popcorn from the heat and place it in a big mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Stir in the honey until it is thoroughly combined, then turn off the stove.
Right before serving drizzle melted butter and honey over popcorn and toss well. Sprinkel sea salt and toss again.
