You're just a few basic ingredients away from the best banana bread ever with this nutritious and delicious banana bread recipe! It is made of whole wheat flour and sweetened naturally with honey.

Banana Bread

 3 medium size bananas, riped and mashed
 2 medium size eggs
 ½ cup olive oil
  cup honey
 ¼ cup milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 220 g whole wheat flour
 ½ cup chopped walnuts, raisins or dark chocolate chips

Pre-heat the oven to 325F. Grease and set aside a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together in a medium bowl  And set aside.

Beat the oil and honey in a large bowl with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat thoroughly, then whisk in the mashed bananas, vanilla, and milk.

Finally, with a large spoon, stir in the flour mixture until mixed. Mix in the chopped walnuts and raisins.

Pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle with some more cinnamon, raw sugar, or banana slices.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow a few minutes to cool in the pan for 5-10 before shifting onto a wire cooling rack. Slice and enjoy!
