Ginger and Peppermint Tea

The two gifts of nature ginger and peppermint have proven to really beneficial for mankind’s health for centuries.
You can enjoy the goodness of both these two herbs in the form of tea. I am sharing a quick and easy recipe for ginger and peppermint tea.

 1 stick Fresh ginger root
 ½ cup Fresh mint leaves
 2 cups Water

Wash and peel ginger root. Slice into thin coins.

Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat.

Add ginger and let it boil gently for about ten minutes.

Add mint, turn off heat.

Let steep another 5-10 minutes.

Serve with honey if desired.
