It is not really hard to make scrambled eggs. A little of savory salt and pepper, a little butter to fry, milk for a creamy texture, and fresh eggs are everything you need for perfect scrambled eggs.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and full cream milk, Lightly whisk until the mixture has just one consistency.
Melt the butter over medium-low heat, in a medium-size non-stick pan. Don’t allow the butter to brown or it will discolor the eggs.
Pour in the mixture of eggs and let it sit for 20 seconds, without stirring. Use a silicone spatula to swirl in small circles around the pan, until you see creamy curds; about 20 seconds.
When the eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places, remove the pan from the heat and leave for a few seconds to finish cooking.
Serve with an extra sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
